1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any subhbits product or service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.

2. Our Products

subhbits builds desktop utility software. Our products process files locally on your device — no data is uploaded to our servers. We sell both free and paid versions of our software through our website and the Microsoft Store.

3. Purchases and Licensing

Paid features are available as one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

  • Microsoft Store purchases are governed by Microsoft's terms and refund policy.

  • Website purchases are processed by Stripe. A license key is valid for one device and is non-transferable.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All purchases are one-time — there is no recurring billing and nothing to cancel.

Refunds are available as follows:

  • Microsoft Store purchases: Subject to Microsoft's refund policy.

  • Website purchases (via Stripe): Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Contact support@subhbits.com with your order details.

  • Activated license keys are eligible for refund only within the 7-day window and if the product does not perform as described.

5. Data and Privacy

Our products process files locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or transmit your files to any server. The only network communication is for license key validation. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

subhbits provides software "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for data loss, file corruption, or any damages arising from the use of our products.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
